New Construction Rough-In Plumbing & Gas Piping – Lawrenceburg, KY 40342

Building a custom home gives you one shot to get what’s inside the walls right before drywall closes everything up. Our team was recently out on a job site in Lawrenceburg, KY (40342) putting in some significant work on a comprehensive new construction rough-in.

Customer Issue

The job required tying up critical loose ends: pressure-testing PEX lines, completing complex gas pipe offsets around structural framing, securing multiple water heater vents, and fixing condensate lines that got tangled up during HVAC installation.

What We Did

Our crew performed a full re-test on all PEX domestic and rainwater lines. We finished the gas main fittings, built proper black iron reduction manifolds, and set 90-degree turns to secure all water heater vents. We also installed OSB backing for a solid garage hose bib mount, rerouted the A/C condensate line directly to the floor drain, and sealed all concrete penetrations with premium silicone.

Result

The home now boasts a fully leak-tested, code-compliant plumbing and gas infrastructure. Every pipe is rigidly supported, mechanical conflicts are cleared, and key penetrations are sealed tight against moisture and air leaks.
